This probably should be in the gear section but I thought that some one might just know who makes this and where to get one. Inquiring minds need to
know!:puzzled:

It would have to be a real chunk of aluminum to stand the forces a spreader bar takes. I'm not aware of one on the market.

If you want an aluminum pulley, I would contact Danny or Claude (Canada) there was a group buy a couple of WWBB's ago. I think most of them were
sold, and any leftovers were being held by Rich. I am not sure there are any left, but it might be worth asking or seeing if there is enough interest
to get another run produced.
Group buy opportunity for an aluminum pulley with bearings
As for the spreader bar, is there a particular reason you want it aluminum? You aren't going to be saving much weight. If the casting isn't done
properly, it can be brittle. One of my pet peeves (ooooh so many) is that a lot of skate trucks are cast aluminum and have a tendency to bend or
crack (see here).
Would tend to trust machined or forged aluminum more. The only production alumninum spreader bar is made by NP Surf and is called the S1 (bottom of page). It's sold with their harnesses, but you would have to see if it is available seperately. Also be aware, that it is a
hammerhead spreader bar.
