Thanks rtz... yeah I've been there. Looking for another used one this side of the pond.
Trying to avoid overseas shipping and VAT taxes.
I bought a used one from Roland in Canada and BTW it was a great transaction. Good seller.
Bought a new one from Big Kid at JIBE this year and will probably get another one from him. After all, he is a dealer and I believe the only one in
the U.S.. He gave me a good deal. Thanks Jeff. Just wanting to save a few $'s if someone's got an old one sitting around.
The truth is that Zebra's aren't that expensive for the performance you get. A lot of bang for the buck as they say. Fast, predictable, good up and
down wind, forgiving and good looking in the sky.
I have found that they just fit my style of flying . Some people likes Gins, Beamers, Flexi's, PKD's, etc. I like black and white stripes. bigkid - 26-8-2013 at 07:27 AM
Not a big call for the piano with its tounge hanging out. They are a great kite, at a great price.
That's ripe Jeff........

Never looked at them that way. Always... what's black and white and red..... on one end.
Save a demo for me, I'll be calling you for another one soon.
Gotta geta set of Big Feets next. Goin to look great on them Sysmics you sent me.
BTW did you see what Cheezy posted? He needs help!
Yes he do need help. His next scheduled therapy is in October. :bisou:rocfighter - 29-8-2013 at 07:51 AM
If that is a good therapy session we should all be better after. But I think Mark may need extra help. Patrick you finding bicycles for your newest
experiments? Davis good luck on your search. You should come to WBB as well. cheezycheese - 29-8-2013 at 08:08 AM

Oh.. yea Zebras.. lots of stripes on those zonkies.. but the tongue in the sky is a riot HAHA
Gotta agree with the consensus here, Zebra 'kites' ARE a lot of bang for the buck. Quick, snappy on the turns and reverse launch is sweet.
I started out on MyAikenCheeS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s zebra - not the zonkey ones . . lolMyAikenCheeks - 29-8-2013 at 06:42 PM
I would like to make it to WBB Rocfighter. About an 800 mile trip each way.
I'm not sure my Zonkey can make the round trip.
But understanding that I sure do like to ride those wild ponies I'll put a carrot (with some cheeze)
on a pole and see if I can make him run because he's fast, predictable and black and white.... with his tongue always hangin out!Michael Gaylan - 30-8-2013 at 03:32 AM
LOL . . You're not right bro . . LOL
that was a "cheezy" joke on a stick.

YES..... A Zonkey, errrrr a Zebra has come out of the barn and into the pasture.
They are fast, predictable, good up and down wind, forgiving and good looking in the sky.
I like black and white stripes.
