Our schedules finally lined up well enough to try a little static time at a spot we picked out on the map. Unfortunately, we ended up picking sand
spurs out of our socks instead so we opted for another spot we had discussed more down my way, BIG SIGN!!, NO KITES. I'm just going to have a nice
conversation with my elected county officials. Anyway, we stopped at Wendy's for a Frosty and were just about to call it a day when the nice breeze
caught our attention. OK 3rd times a charm, I introduced him to my secret flying site where the winds are flat and the flying was great. It was a
light wind day so I let him fly both of my Crossfires and play with the AoA on the 4M and he reciprocated by letting me fly his Bullet, his Flow and
his Rage. Despite the light winds it ended up being a great day to fly..We got in a few hours of flying time and each got to experience some new kites
characteristics.
If you get a chance to fly some kites with 3Shot, you should definitely take him up on it. He's as nice a guy as you'd ever want to meet and he's a
lot of fun to fly with..Now!! If only I can get BOTH of those Bullets from the for sale area. Not interested in just one.

I almost didn't see the "r" in throngs. Kind of put a different slant on your post until I re-read it.

Likewise riffclown. You were a first class host. Had a great time meeting a new kite friend. Next Frosty and Mtn. Dew are on me. Oh man those spurs :o
. Those Bullets really are fantastic kites. Hope you can snag up one or two. I
would love to have a few more as well. I really liked that Crossfire II 4m. Flew just like a Reactor II IMHO. The adjustable AoA was perfect for such
a kite. A little more wind next time, and we can get dragged around and really make those kites sing. Whew! It was a hot one out there today though. A
good day of kiting, wifey cooked a good dinner, and a refreshing shower. TV and sofa here I come.
I agree WELDNGOD, come on cool October winds. Looking forward to making it down your way and meeting you too.
For the other members here that have read riff's Symphony 4 line conversion, it was a first class mod. The wind was too light for me to fly it, but I
did see the bridal construction, and some other cool homemade line products. You have a talent there my friend.
See you again soon

If you like the bullets you should love the rage,it's what replaced the bullet.
Put a AAA kit from flexifoil on one and it will cover more wind range . I can fly in almost any wind w/ just a 2.5m & 4.7m.
See y'all soon

Flew the Rage 3.5 and liked it. Great wind window and nice responsiveness to input. I really liked the Bullet better. It had that twitchiness that I
like in a kite.
Agreed on tha AAA. I'm in the process of making an AoA kit based on the Crossfire deisign so i can modify my other bridles as needed. It's a
surprisingly simple system..
