any interest at all???? if not i guess ill throw it on ebay

carltb - 16-10-2013 at 04:46 AM

this is a bargain price for an 18m rtf and the 18m is the best size imho

spikes2020 - 16-10-2013 at 05:05 AM

I'd love to, but i think at my skill level right now a 18m would kill me.... Looking for a 12m or so....

Beaudryjoel - 23-10-2013 at 02:22 PM

Last chance???
Any reasonable Offers?

carltb - 23-10-2013 at 03:50 PM

a 12m is more likely to kill you if you fly it in the winds it was designed for!!

Kamikuza - 24-10-2013 at 04:43 AM

Interest... but I can't afford it :(

Beaudryjoel - 11-11-2013 at 03:19 PM

bump

Cheddarhead - 11-11-2013 at 05:44 PM

This and the 12m for sale would make an awesome two kite quiver for someone, only wish I had enough green backs:(

Nfish - 11-11-2013 at 09:52 PM

Man, very tempting...Would this work on water with 12mph wind without having to work it very hard? How fast does it turn compare to a V2 16m?

Feyd - 12-11-2013 at 08:19 AM

Faster turn rate. PA is about 1m less than the 16m V2. I haven't flown them side by side to give a direct comparison.

flyguy0101 - 12-11-2013 at 10:14 AM

I agree with feyd- definetly faster turn rate and super stable- i picked up the 15m to replace my 13m venom2. sorry cant answer the water question but if you could make the 16 venom work in it then the 18 charger will easily do it, i have found that my charger is definetly more useable in lower winds then the venoms- although just like any arc gotta work it til you get going then easy to park and fly

Nfish - 13-11-2013 at 04:45 PM

Thanks for the turning rate comparison. I cannot make my 16m V2 work in 12mph on water, that's why I'm eyeing this one. I'm still a beginner on water, and getting a 15mph+ day on a weekend is like playing slot machine down here.

Not sure I should get this, FS Speed3 15m, or a big LEI to practice on water. It's all Van's fault by selling his Charger2 before I had a chance to try it

I want this even more now to go with my new 12m Charger 2... but now I am truly broke.

Beaudryjoel - 23-11-2013 at 10:04 AM

Kitewinds - 7-2-2014 at 09:51 PM

Shopping to Sweden possible? I would love a newish PL kite. I had arc's but they eroded away :)

Beaudryjoel - 7-2-2014 at 11:29 PM

Shipping would be possible- though I am not sure as to the cost.

Kitewinds - 23-2-2014 at 02:49 PM

Shipping seems to be expensive.
If you can squeeze the gear into a packet of less than 150 x 30 x 30 cm, and the weight is less than 20 Kg, canadapost.ca shows $196.
Split? :)

carltb - 23-2-2014 at 03:01 PM

I recently posted an 18m charger to Italy from uk for £25 plus £20 for £500 insurance the packet was 70x30x30cm
