Three foot tides near noon are predicted for Sunset for the November long weekend. Any Vancouverites for trying a repeat of last year?

Can't put too much stock into a forecast nearly 2 weeks out. Hoping for the best. Weather has been holding out fairly nicely for this late in the year. Had an epic session Saturday just down the road. The lady, the dog, couple hours of steady W winds and a beautiful day....what more can you ask for. :thumbup:

One week out, the forecast is still for rain Sat and Sun, clear and cold Monday 38-48. No one from BC has spoken up except to say no; I am a little purple in places from last weekend and moving a little slow. Looks we will be leaving the beach to the locals, but never say die. Maybe I will be more inclined to buggying by your guy's Thanksgiving

The trick is: I was tattooing my ass, riding riding my unicycle while flying Dirtslide's little indoor microquadcopter with my left hand, and using its 720HD camera so I could see what I was doing with the push pin, I was using to give myself the tat, in my right hand in the FPV googles. So it is really more of a performance art tattoo than a graphically artistic tattoo. No one is ever going to say "Awesome tat, dude.", but the guys who were there will all tell you that it was the most amazing thing they'd ever seen and you really had to have been there to believe it.
And that is why I came up the bull #@%$#!e story about coming out of my buggy.

ps Oh yeah, the tat was supposed be a map of Vancouver Island showing all the best kite buggy beaches.
