I want to convert one of my buggies for land sailing. I have a Van Buggy and a Flexifoil with a wide axle. I am thinking of the Flexifoil since it
is much lighter and is stainless. Plus, I know it has been done on a Flexi. I have plenty of wind surfing gear. Any words of wisdom of where and
how to begin?

Unless you are totally hellbent on doing the work yourself....You should check out the one that was for sale....Buggy, the whole set up to
convert...including tubes, etc.....plus like 5 sails....I would say if you could strike a deal you could unload the extra parts/buggy and come out
ahead of doing it all from scratch yourself....
If you are doing this to have a project, have fun and learn.....I would talk to the bigben97 (don't hold me to that) He's the one with flexi for
sale...and Flyguy0101 has x2 of them...

for my mast frame i used spped rail pieces from mcmaster.com and expect to spend about $100 for the speed rail and aluminum bars as well about $100 in
ronstan pulleys. Wide axle flexi is what i used and works well
