So I'm sitting in the hospital waiting on my wife we have been here sense 2pm yesterday. I am probably going to be here another 2 days too.

So I'm sure your all wondering why the smiley face well my wife woke up this morning and is dilated to a 4 so yea no more waiting hopefully today is the day I become a father.

So you guys know it's a boy and his name is David Austin Wyman.

@ Sam it's kinda like that in my house every day. My wife's cat weighing in at 17 lbs. beats up on my cat weighing in at 5 lbs. My cat screens hisses and claws then runs under the couch. Then runs out and tackles the behemoth when he isn't looking. Some times he holds my cat down and gives her a good cleaning then she bites the behemoth and starts another fight.

Wife update she's at a 4 last I heard they tried to attach a sensor to my sons head he avoided it and they gave up " for now." Oh and they broke her water. They gave her drugs and she is now sleeping.

My first we arrived at the hospital and 3 hours later he was here.

The second two came a month early and they C sectioned them within 20 minutes of getting to the hostpital

its a ton of fun.

Got you beat with my last one Mike,... I got home from work just before 2am and she was born (on the gurney on the way into the room) at 3:15am (ish). Most crazy hour and a half of my life.

Oh update anyways she was at a 5 then we moved her the doctor rechecked her 7.5-8 in 12seconds oh and he moved so yea now he is in the proper position.

Well normal delivery was a no go we ended up doing a cesarean. My wife was upset but it was best for all. It is a boy we knew that but anyways 7lbs 13 ounces he was born 11-6-2013 at 7:57pm central time zone USA.

Back to the beginning of your post, are you still bored?
Funny how we complain about being bored and in a few seconds you will be overjoyed and then overwhelmed and then you will forget the meaning of the word "bored".
In about 5 years you will hear the word "bored" and you will have an answer for the remedy.
In 15 years you will have heard that word a million times and you will have replied with a million solutions. In 20 years(if this is your only child),you will say to your wife "I think I'm bored", at which time you will rethink the statement and say, "isn't the quiet nice?"
You did make a mental note of how it was, how it felt to be bored, right?:evil:

Dont mind me, I'm working way to hard to figure a way to have grandkids, and great grandkids without having kids first. :crazy:
