I got to meet up with Mike Jordan yesterday and we buggied an old Kmart parking lot.
Man - I loved the low rolling resistance! This was my first time on pavement.
There were even a few puddles to powerslide through

Did you have a short lineset or were you weaving buggy and kite around light poles?

Down south we fly nasa wings on the handles and by doing that you can fly in parking lots around poles with ease.

I tried 25m lines and my kites would just not fly right. Mike had 150 ft lines on an old school Skytiger and it worked great in getting the kite into
some good clean wind.
The light poles got me twice

Yea, dam light poles! I had to completely undo the bridle of one to get it off a light pole once. I am fascinated by urban buggying, but have not
tried it much yet. I always think that a NPW on handles would be the best, but then you have to contend with the crap wind by the ground. After
trying it a couple times, I might get a superlong set just for low power pavement buggying...

We always have crappy wind inland over here in Louisiana. That is just something you get used to. With the nasa wings on handles the wind needs to
be stronger to get going but they do work. We fly nasa wings all the time in town on 100 ft. lines they do well in gusty winds and are not that
expensive to replace when they get torn up on limestone and asphalt.
Did you ever repair and bridle that 15 meter you got from AJ?

No, still sitting folded neatly in the top of my kite closet. Still not sure what to do with it... I think I calculated that it would take 400
meters of line to re-bridle it, unless I do cascading bridles. Either way I am sure it is worth it, but that is quite a big project for me... Some
rainy day, maybe...
