Hello all,
I turned one of my buggies, ( homemade one ) into a tandem trailer, it was once known as Big Red due to its bright red paint job, however I've painted
it black to tie in with my new buggy a Libre Majestic, so it's now become a short black ( lame joke).
I took it down to the annual event here , called speedweek, to ride for one of the days with my wife, she won't fly a kite but is more than happy to
sit in the back.
Doesn't seem as there's many tandem setups around, as I had a crack at getting into Popeyes record list, and have now taken 9th fastest in the
world..... Ok so there's only ten listed, but I'm in!
Here's the video of a nice day at the beach with a bunch of other kiters and apparently a blowkart who wanted to play chicken with a buggy..... (
young lad whos more a less a beginner, I did have a chat to him later about beach etiquette, but it looks funny on video).

John Holgate posted a video of speed week a few days back, I'm in that one too if you want to see the tandem from the side.
I plan to do a tandem 2 kite ride next January at the south Australia meet, should be interesting, if you have any tips on that, I'm all ears.

Great Video Clive... I've got a tandem rig too that I drag the kids around on the beach with.
Your passengers' foot pegs look nice and comfy too!
