Here is a really quick clip of me buggying before soccer practice at my local spot. Andrew wanted to shot some video and since i like to show off said sure:D:D Really love riding/sliding in the gravel lot as well the terrain change is a lot of fun.

That was great !
I don't think I have seen you in a buggy before ? 2 wheeling and everything.

I was thinking the same thing, Scott doesn't do things halfway! Great job, Scott, when is lift-off? Great speed on packed gravel, but then the cars come and park right in your way!

i have a 3 point harness on that bug so i am thinking the air time is coming soon, right off the hill you see me going up in the video. took a little practice to learn kite placement when going downhill- kite too high and the buggy was always beating me to the bottom:o have used that hill as a launch site on the board which is really fun but a little scary....lots of redirecting on the way down. (that hill is about 10 ft high and much steeper than it looks in the video). thanks for the compliments, maybe i can get andrew to film some more and show you my other excellent buggy skill.....crashing:D

Nice video, I really need to get me one of those things. Got 6 months before snowkite season ends so lots of time to look into it...

That hill looks steep in the video so I bet it is serious. I have similar issues getting into going down hills especially upwind... Straight down feels like turning the kite into a glider, scary. And weird to ride with the kite behind you! Where do you put the kite going down that hill?

@rec- i have found the best place to keep my board or buggy on the ground is to cut the hill with the kite low and at the edge of the window. I have also been riding in a friends soybean fields that are really hilly and have found that edge of window when going down and a lot of the time almost straight downwind when going up. Makes for some very interesting lines on occassion and really tricky to pull off the "start and stop" at the same location. Cant wait to try the soybean fields on skis if we get some snow- i think the reduced resistance will change the game yet again
