Does anyone have any experience with this chinese kite Pro 6.4m power kite, I saw it on ebay and was looking for a kite in this size range to fill my
quill. Looks like a good kite, but.....WELDNGOD - 26-11-2013 at 03:54 PM
...will it fly? The only way to find that out is buy it. And that is a sketchy proposition at best. I would look for a name brand. There are a lot
for sale and you know it will fly. shehatesmyhobbies - 26-11-2013 at 03:56 PM
I have not had any experience wit the "Pro 6.4" While some "off brand"kites on eBay are ok, remember you get what you pay for. While not knowing what
it is selling for right now, can't even tell you if it's a good deal. Do they have a support system behind them to help you if something is wrong with
the kite from the get go! Sometimes the bridles are very inferior to quality "brand name" kites, as well as over all construction quality.

The Pro (or Alb---oss) brand has been known to be strikingly similar (or even c-o-p-i-e-s) to some name brand kites but with varying quality and a
somewhat shaky support path..
They aren't held in high regard by some. with others being downright hostile to the genre. Others feel that they are the right pricepoint without
paying for name brand.. They are your dice.. Roll'em as you see fit.

I have something in a 5m size for sale if you're looking for that size as well,... yes it's "name brand"Bladerunner - 26-11-2013 at 06:37 PM
Consider shopping second hand name brand on here or other reputable forums if price is an issue.
I would rather have a long list of very old kites than this one.
Pansh sell kites at a similar price and they at least have some customer service.
Like said above, " you get what you pay for " in this sport ! RonH - 26-11-2013 at 06:59 PM
I think everyone should try a $100 Chinese kite...
1. Don't think that's as good as it gets
2. It may make you respect the value of pricier name brand professionally developed kites

I would choose Soliver's kite any day. Known brand, excellent kite.
