The Saturday after Thanksgiving I decided to drive out to Aiken, SC to meet Davis (MyAikenCheeks) and his friend Drew on OOBE field to try out my
buggy since I had raised the ride Height. Had Hoped Chris (Pokite) could make it, but he had previous obligations.
I was pretty excited with winds forcasted in the mid-teens, but as it turned out I got skunked with sub 10mph winds... good thing for the old 8.6m
RII. I was able to get some decent runs in and topped out at just over 15mph. Davis didn't get to ride since he had nothing over 5m, but he gave Drew
some practice with one of his trainers and was able to help me here and there.
All in all, it turned out to be a fair day in spite of the skunked forecast. Thanks to Davis for meeting me out there and thanks to Chris for the
guidance.
Enjoy the Vid

Like going back home! Thanks for the vid. I learned a lot riding there. I set my first pb there of 25.4 and felt like I was going to catch the
tires on fire. Many days just like yours spent there and others where I was worried about fences or trees coming up too fast while sliding sideways.
So how did you like the buggy mods?

Oh, yeah... The buggy rode great!! The only time it bottomed out was when I ran over a big pile of cut grass.the wider back axle seemed to help with
the sliding back end too.

I really love the video and the song!! hi hi!
I go to that field as often as I can, but was not able to make it then. Looks like you guys had a good time. I use the back field since it is longer
and has no grade. My 7.1 does well there, along with the 3 and 3.6m.
The field is about 1 mile driving distance from my house. LOL
Wish I coulda been there guys.

Yeah guys, I love that song too... Ironically it's a song from an album of children's songs, by a guy named Caspar Babypants. My wife checked it out
from our public library for our 2 yr old. I heard that song as I was putting her to bed and really thought it was awesome. I borrowed the CD, loaded
it on my Mac and have been waiting for the opportunity to use it in a Vid. The artist has multiple kids albums and they are all that style... Kinda
cool... One is all Beatles songs.
