hey community, its been a while. im going to make this short. I found this round object obout 20 years ago at the Texas City Dike, I was about to
shoot it with my slingshot into the water when I decided to keep it. (I was about 7 years old) ... anyway ive talked to geologists and they have no
idea what it is so I thought I would ask you guys. its very dense, some people says its a prehistoric earstone from a large fish /mammal. I have no
clue...
I know its a big picture, ill delete it in a few days

That is just wired looking.
I'd say it's some sort of coin but from where I don't know.
Maybe from ancient Rome. Maybe it once belonged to a Babylonian king or even an Egyptian Pharaoh.

Find a lot of these in Northern NY where glacial melt waters created eddys that caused rocks to circulate in small pools below a water fall augering
their way into the the bed rock forming perfect circular holes and spheres like that one out of rocks trapped in the eddy. Occasionally you may
stumble across the two still mated up, sort of like a mortar and pestle .

30 years ago, my son at the age of 3 had a similar item embedded in his nostril. Trip to ER for removal..
