I was just over in Cozumel for Christmas, and heard about these guys, they might know someone up north if you ask 'em.

I just got back 2 days ago.

Isla Blanca is what you're looking for. Fooka is the guy who runs it. Good man! http://www.kiteboardmexico.com

I highly recommend it. Besides the perfect kiting conditions, the atmosphere at the homestead is chill. Good company among world class kiters, good food and cheap rates, off the grid living in natural Yucatan ecology w/hot water showers... Awesome place!

Cancun kiting = Isla Blanca

Thanks for the link Marko!

I just booked 10 nights in Akumal just south of Playa del Carmen, which has great cave cenote scuba diving too.

GOTTA check out that school, I've never ever kite boarded, only flown static up to my 6.8m size.

If you're going to face plant as a Noob, might as well do it into warm tropical water.

Sale is over now, but I got an amazing airfare super deal, Seattle to Cancun, direct with no layovers, $199 each way.

THATS CHEAP!
