Can we put in requests and pay for extra shirts? I'm hoping for long and short sleeve shirts and would have lumber for a year if I was able to buy a hoodie!!!

BeamerBob - 9-2-2014 at 05:13 PM

Screwy I'm a little worried about being responsible for you getting lumber for a whole year but we will find a way to note shirt size and extra shirt needs. We can look into the hoodie option too.

With that answer your filling my lumber yard now... You guys are the best, I don't care what I've said in the past... :) hehehe...

Will there be a website for registration before the event?

BeamerBob - 19-2-2014 at 12:05 PM

We are already getting registrations in directly through Paypal, which is a perfect way to get in the game. The website is live and offers another streamlined way to register.

must be one heck of a FANTASTIC, STATE OF THE ART, BEYONG DISCRIPTION, OUT OF THIS WORLD, website. I have been told that quality takes time.
I also heard its hard to fire free help. I heard a bunch more...
On a serious note, anything I can do to help? Crack the whip? Yell real loud? Smother them with praise? Pay them? If I knew who they are, I would tell them they are doing a bang up job.
Who ever you guys are, keep up the good work. We appreciate all you have done so far and look forward to the finished results.

The server space that has been donated to IBB for free is in the middle of a technical issue. The IBB site has been ready and idling for almost 2 weeks now, but these things have to be worked out before going live. The guys that built the site have worked for free and have accommodated every request so far. They have been awesome to work with. Hopefully things will be resolved very soon.

Morrie Williams - 1-3-2014 at 08:22 AM

Bob, Just send you an email regarding server/website.

RonH - 1-3-2014 at 11:56 AM

Well,

There are lots with the ability to host a site... Most would donate the space if they knew there was a problem... Hosting is relatively cheap even if you have to pay for 3 - 6 months. :puzzled:

Thanks Morrie.

In case you haven't found it, the website is up and live now. I'm not sure a website is something you ever get "finished" with and we aren't of course.

It is possible to register and learn more about the event via the website now. Thanks to the developers and all that worked to make the website a reality on short timeline.
