older buggy with thinner rails and webbing seat just before it went to the competition buggy and well before the XR bug. Major extended down tube
added on (probably fitted over original tube). Two piece wide alum rims would be nice but the buggies of this era have been selling around 250 - 300
in Ontario but this one has bigger wheels
