Week 6 is here. The season is flying by!!!
To sweeten the pot we are raffling off a pair of 208cm Volkl Super G's to a random participant in the ranking. The more weeks you play, the better
your chances of getting picked. A lot of people have had too much snow and haven't submitted so even if you start now, your chances of winning are
very good.

Thanks Chris. We're having a great winter for Jersey.
As long as the snow and wind is here, we'll be snow kiting. Rained all day and wet slop at the moment. Hope it firms up for the weekend.

It might be, not sure. Right around the PB in the buggy.
Funny thing is....
A. I left my good skis home and only had a pair of 1980's short rec skis that were heading to the local landfill. I carved grooves in the bases for
riding on sand never expecting to use them on snow. I went to the beach expecting to find sand and very little snow cover, but there was 4-5 inches
snow and turned out to be a great session. Perfect offshore wind with good runs each direction.
B I seem to go faster on skis then in the buggy on ice. On skis I feel confident and can't go fast enough. In the buggy I start going fast and things
get squirrely. Front end is twitchy catching ruts and the back end is stepping out in the gusts. Maybe on perfect grade 9/10 ice and smoother wind it
would be better.
Ice may be done here, so I'll be back on skis as long as there is snow. And maybe on sand after that.
Chris should make a trip down this summer and give sand skiing a try. It's one hell of a workout.
