Thanks for the tips. Tugging those front lines from the trim strap makes sense. I do that with my LEI's but why I didn't think to do that at the time

Yes, I launch with my trim about 80% in. Arc thrive on moving on the front lines but watch out for overfly when static.
If the kite is clammed and downwind I walk the edge of the window and the tug front lines to point the nose into the wind.
On launch I just may go a bit more that 45' upwind and pull the front lines gently at the trim strap. It depends on the wind. Less than 45' if the
wind is strong and I really want it to stick to the edge.
It is so good you 2 can work this out together. I can't tell you the fun I had alone with an Farc as my 1st arc. |
