patience and its rewards

Due to the last month of STUFF I have been busy with, more like consumed with, I want to thank all of you for your patience, kind words, and support.
A few orders have gone unfilled, phone calls have gone unanswered, paperwork has not been finished, and a few other things not delt with.
With the conclusion of IBB at hand, my responsibly to my customers can resume. With the kind, loving, bigger than life, generous heart that I have, I will give you guys 100% of my attention untill you have been taken care of. All I have to do is find enough big boxes to send your stuff, charge the battery of my phone, put in a new ink cartridge of my printer, and warm up my hugging arms.

I am posting here because a few things were lost, er misplaced during the move and I think I know were to find them so I can get caught up with things.
