Thanks Mark. Glad to see someone knows whats going on.
If I had a complex, I would think that the fine folks here and PKF wasnt good enough to post ANYTHING about IBB.

I'm just getting caught up online and had the link to John's album copied and ready to paste in a post here. Thanks Mark for getting it on here. I
have very few pics I took myself but will post them too soon.BeamerBob - 6-4-2014 at 10:02 AM
These are the pics I pulled from John Chilese's set and pics from my phone.
No speed runs or racing, just cruising around with my friends.
Enjoy!
Thanks to the IBB crew for organizing the event!
NAPKA for letting us race!

Nice photos from all and I really like the video RonH. Ivanpah looks great! Is that new Ivanpah Dry Lake sign for real ?
I love it!
So how did you all like it at the first IBB, was it a good one?
How was the surface after the rain, did it dry quick? BeamerBob - 12-4-2014 at 07:19 AM
Thanks for that Ron! Redsky, the surface was back to normal that afternoon, but there was virtually no dust for days. The Ivanpah sign is indeed
real. You are not the first to ask that.RonH - 12-4-2014 at 08:58 AM

I almost missed the sign. I knew the old one was taken down and a new one was being made but they moved it. It's not along the road we take anymore...
IBB was a little small but I did feel welcome by everyone when visiting at camp. Winds were blowing every day except Thursday. (I think a couple of
diehards got a ride in at sunset!!!) I even put in over 53 miles on Wednesday with a 3 hour break while it rained and the lake dried!
The racing aspect of IBB took a little more time out of the event than I would have liked but this was the first time out and then mother nature
delayed us by another day... I'm it will be much smoother next time.

Great work with the video Ron excellent ending with the three of us
keeping tight formation just like we were at home flying :D Bladerunner - 12-4-2014 at 11:18 PM
Funny how we go to Ivanpah for all the space but by nature we end up riding as a pack in a park like back home !
It was a great trip. :Dchris - 13-4-2014 at 07:37 AM

A most impressive sign. My compliments to the park office when you see them next.
Enjoyed the vid Chris. The air temperature near the top of that tower must be something fierce. chris - 13-4-2014 at 05:55 PM
