Hey Bob, I am the new owner of Dino's Extreem Apex bug and he told me you did a mod to the front fork to run your disc wheels. Could you take a close
up detailed photo so I can see what you did? Also would like to see the rear axel and how you did that.
Thanks for any input you can give me,
Bob

Happy to help. XXtreme makes it really easy to switch between bigfoots to barrows to discs, all while keeping the geometry, ride height and foot peg
position the same.
Here is the standard barrow fork with the XXtreme extender plates to lower the footpegs and axle mounting holes. Steering geometry is maintained.
The other element on the front is to use the long downtube intended for bigfoot tires. The cylinders are weights that Van made for me to increase
traction.

This shows the rear axle adjusted to maintain the same clearance I had with barrow tires. If you ride on a beach, or use different diameter wheels
than Landsegler, your adjustment might vary.

thanks, looks like I need to make a new front end because I do not have the long gooseneck.
that's OK, I have the stainless to make one.

I don't have the skills or equipment to do that. I ordered both the extender plates and downtube from xxtreme. If I can help further, let me know.
