The outer sheath broke on one of the bridle/mixer lines on my 11m HQ NEO II. It occurred at a spot that slips through a smooth metal ring on the wing
tip. First, can anyone tell me where I can buy a replacement? Second, it looks like I have to unloop every loop-to-loop in the chain of bridal
segments to replace this one line? I’m thinking it may be easier to just send it in to repair…

Get in touch with Chris from HQ. He can get you taken care of with either a new segment or a complete bridle. If you can't get with him, then let me
know and we can get it done for you.
