Just a shout out to Flyguy0101

So I spent all of last week in Lynchburg, Va attending a class for my Master's program. I found out before JIBE the Scott (Flyguy0101) lived relatively close by, so I made sure to let him know when I'd be headed his way.

After we exchanged a few emails and phone calls, we met up to hike up the trail to Crabtree Falls which is roughly 1/2 way between Lynchburg and his hometown. Scott shared with me that he and his family were going to be doing some vacationing out west and planned to do some hikes. He wanted to get a feel for how he would do on a hike given where he is in recovery from his back injury.

To make a long story short, the hike was awesome and it was great to get to know a kiting buddy even better,... though I could barely keep up with the guy! He invited me back to the house where he made an awesome dinner and I got to hang out with his great family and see his plethora of projects.

I just wanted you guys to know if you didn't already that Scott is a great guy, and I appreciate him taking the time out of his Friday to get together and hang out and FEED me, and of course to his wife Devan for hosting me for the afternoon.
