This kite was purchased brand new by me, flown less than 5 times at the beach only. The lines and handles were brand new when installed on the kite.
Everything is in excellent condition.
includes PL handles, bag, lines and kite. I need to offset the cost of some things I bought that I wanted but don't need. Free shipping to USA.
