Folks are probably not replying because the majority are in North America.
Are you looking for a mountain board or kite board? Either way your choices will be limited at 150.
MBS, and Scrub have cheap entry level ATB boards but the are designed for juniors and will not stand up to your weight.
You might want to check your local second hand sights. Shipping can kill a good deal on a board due to the weight.
Radsail RKB R2 is a cheap board that will hold you weight but isn't as well built as MBS or Scrub. It will get you going but you will want to upgrade.

That's a lot of plys..sounds plenty beefy and if you break it thats like a badge..try to find a used one local.. Their are so many boards in the back
of people's closets not getting used..you just have to hunt them out..I got a haise yesterday for 200$ which is as gratifying as riding

UK Based, if you are on Facebook, you might want to check the Facebook group, Mountain Boarding FOR SALE, SWOP or FREE
https://www.facebook.com/groups/315599955148831/
The SurfingDirt.com forum is also worth looking at as there are a fair number of UK riders on there.
