I took these with my phone in the other hand. It wasn't too easy.

How's she workin for ya?

Good. The wind was a light breeze, not sure exactly what it was, and it had loads of power. I tried it in the buggy and only got a run or two in
before the wind died off to sub 5 mph. I can tell it is going to produce plenty of power in our normal summer 7-11 winds, but didn't get a good
enough test in the buggy with it yet. I'm going to use it with my harness and buggy the next chance I have time and manageable wind. I like to fly
static a lot and I can already tell it is going to be awesome for that. I excited to try jumping with it because my wind is less gusty when it is
lighter and I won't need near as much wind to jump with so I'm thinking jumping will be easier and safer. That's just a theory at this point, hope
I'm not wrong.

Its a great kite! A big jump is effortless with Betty if you ask it of her.

3shot, you've created a kite washing monster. I couldn't help myself and I gave her a bath. It wasn't even very dirty at all.

You've got quite a nice looking quiver now for sure!!!
ssayre - 17-7-2014 at 04:40 PM
Thanks Soliver, It's taken a little over a year to acquire. I've never really had any hobby before this besides for some small stuff that was very
inexpensive. This really grabbed hold because it's an outdoor activity that's both fun and physically active. It would have definitely been cheaper
to give up and I had considered it because it seems so daunting to get most of the gear needed, but I don't regret it. It's been really fun. I can't
wait to make an event.

new kite curse got me even with a light wind kite. winds are forecast to be 2-3 mph today Sunday and Monday. I can't believe it, I haven't noticed
winds forecast that light all summer.
BigMikesKites - 19-7-2014 at 01:49 PM
you can fly it static in 2-3 mph. It will still be fun.
Demoknight - 19-7-2014 at 02:47 PM
Yep like Mike says, it will still static fly in that.
ssayre - 19-7-2014 at 07:05 PM
I tried it tonight, it does fly in wind that you can't feel although it's a lot of work. I would say 5ish would make it a lot less effort. It was
still impressive being able to fly at all.
