Thought your editing looked great... Didn't care for the music, but that's no biggy,... Good job!
I'm jealous of that awesome looking riding spot!John Holgate - 5-8-2014 at 09:23 PM

I thought you did pretty well. Some headcam footage is unwatchable (some of mine certainly is!!) when it's constantly going from the kite to
direction of travel (or DOT as it's commonly known.....not). I think a few more different camera angles is all you really need - axle cam, downtube
cam, cam on a stick, cam on the beach on a little tripod - the more ways you can think of doing it, the more fun you'll have when you're editing.
Also, the occasional bit of slo-mo or time lapse can be good value too.IMK - 6-8-2014 at 02:47 AM

Very nice video and cool spot to ride! Casmo - 7-8-2014 at 07:31 AM
Thanks,
Definitely more mounting options needed. I was more referring to how the footage looks once ive imported into movie maker, which is presumably
compressing the hell out of it. Quality looks poor compared to the raw footage. John Holgate - 7-8-2014 at 03:39 PM
Quality looks fine on my 19" screen. It's always a trade off between quality and manageable file size and I'd say you've got it pretty right. I use
Corel Videostudio which gives me lots of final rendering options. I usually go with WMV at 720 but the Mpeg4 iPad HD setting is quite good too. If
you really want to load up HD footage onto Vimeo, then Movie Maker might have to give away to a better program. Sony Vegas seems to rate very highly
and I can't complain about Video Studio either. Most of them will let you download a free trial program to see how you get on with it.
