In the spring I'm teaching a unit on forces to my physics classes and im looking to find a super sized nasa wing. What is the biggest one out there? Thanks in advance!

I have already. I have a friend who works for NASA, but I have to wait unt this summer when they can have me out there to the engineering school to work on it with them. Also I get the opportunity to help build a one man glider with them and I'm excited about it. For now though I want to see if someone on here can helpe before the school year is over

I have heard that there is an all black 35 meter. It was flown in Galveston years ago.

Wow that's huge! Is there something more modest in the 10-15 meter range?

This is a Susan built 15m, being flown in 2mph wind by my grandson.

This is awesome. Just what I'm looking for. Who made this one? I'll contact her about it. Something simple I can use when I teach energy and forces this spring.

Mark thanks for the website!

Susan (npw goddess) made it. Also know as kitemaker4 on PKF.

Yelp I made Jeffs kite. The 15 meter is the largest kite I have made.

Our own goddess also made me an awesome 12M in Neon green/yellow. Rode with it in the buggy at the fairgrounds parking lot, wind started out around 5mph, but soon picked up to 10+! I got going so fast I had to get off the parking lot and into the grass to shave off some speed!
