Used Solowheel for Kitewheeling and other fun

You don't need a large vehicle to carry your buggy when your buggy only has one wheel. Unicycle Power Kiting, that I call Kitewheeling , is compact, fun and not as difficult as it looks. I have a used Solowheel for sale for $1000 in very good condition. Compare this to the price on Amazon $1999.99 or even the liquidation price of $1199 temporarily on http://www.electricwheel.co/ . Shipping $50.

I want this so bad but I just know my girlfriend would kill me because I am having to replace $750+ of burned out parts on my computer at home already... I rode the crap out of T's demo units he brought to JIBE. It really is very easy to ride. Tons of fun!

Wow, I didn't realize anyone else had the idea to kite on one wheel. I've been thinking of buying an impossible/BC wheel for power kiting.
Any reason you went with the solowheel rather than one of those?

Solowheel is the original invention, and is made from higher quality parts than most competitors. I have not had personal experience with competitor wheels, but from reviews and research that I have done, there are far more complaints against competing wheels. If I were to buy one, it would be a Solowheel.

This thing was so much fun! Hours on end were spent riding this around WBB when the wind wasn't blowing, and by Terry when the wind was blowing

I was thinking of using a non-powered BC/Impossible wheel. Unfortunately, a solowheel is out of my price range at the moment, even at this price.
