Hope all is well. Been aweful quiet on the JIBE forum as well. Especially only being less than 2 months out.

I thought the same. JIBE forum has been very quiet. I was hoping to browse the CWS website a little before JIBE in case I wanted to make an order with free shipping :P

This is sad...

Any chance we can host a copy of his tutorials here?
They were well written and easy to understand.
I am positive they saved me a lot painful learning experiences.

Before I found this forum and the many friends that came along with all I had was that huge buggy tutorial. Thanks for hosting it Angus!

Angus has been winding down for awhile. I do believe he still plans on being active with JIBE however.

I had a copy of better buggy basics printed out and on my desk while I was learning to buggy. Many thanks, Angus, for the info you provided for all of us. All the best for your future plans.

He did mention to me a while back (maybe a year or more ago) that he was thinking he might stop the retail side of CWS but still maintain the informational/tutorial side of the site. Maybe he's in the process of transition/site rebuilding. I emailed him the other day to ask, but haven't heard back.

I have the 18 page buggy tutorial laying around here somewhere. I wonder if Indigo Wolf can pull the cashed copy out of a hat, and we can get it put in a sticky?

The non commercial version of the site should be up this weekend. That will keep it as a source for the tutorial items. Also, Popeye at one time, copied (with permission) at least some of the tutorial articles on his site. It's sad for me too to see Angus and Dino take their shingles down. Both are close friends and a credit to the sport as well.

It's a bummer that shops are closing up. Thanks for the great tutorials angus, it made it much easier for those of us that have to learn on our own.

skimtwashington - 7-3-2015 at 09:07 AM

A shame.

Also too bad those tutorials are gone for beginners. They should remain available at some site.

To Angus, Dino, and Van, I wish all the best. Straight shooters all. A credit to our sport and the most
helpful gentlemen in every way. Lets hope that you will all now have the time enjoy the sport that you so helped to
expand in this country.
