Might want to stipulate that the eBay listing currently only lists shipping to the UK as being available.
A look of forum members are further afield, as it were.

This has got to be the best for sale ad ever. Yes, someone please help this woman:
Desperate appeal from wife to stop her husband from removing himself from the gene pool:
Item used ONCE!
That was more than enough, the maiden voyage was, quite frankly, an aviation disaster! See vid: https://youtu.be/EC47rmAa64U
As spring looks like it's turning to summer the other half has been hinting that he fancies having another whack at flying this perilous, nylon, bag
of doom. This notion scares the life out of me for two main reasons;
1. I'll be damned if I'm spending another fortnight nursing not only cuts, grazes and the most severe case of gravel rash I've ever seen but also his
battered ego.
2. He's the main breadwinner, we don't have life insurance, partly because we both still feel 20 years old and like to live by the seat of our pants a
little and partly because we're not that organised or morbid....So we need him.
This kite poses an imminent risk of death to my husband or worse, he'll be bedridden, forcing me into the position of nursemaid. So, I've swiped it
from his "secret" hiding place and slapped it on Ebay while he's away on a fishing trip, with the desperate plea for someone more adept than/just as
silly as him to take it off our hands.
It's the ideal midlife crisis vehicle you've been looking for guys, trust me!
It comes with the original lines, handles and flexifoil kite killers, which incidentally, were useless to my husband as he was hauled around a barren
field of dirt. Maybe it was his lack of experience or his stubbornness but he just wouldn't let the damn things go!! But I'm sure they work in the
right hands.
Unfortunately hubby's pioneering flight skills caused the kite to encase a neighbour's bougainvillea bush (spikey little chuffers, them) which caused
a 5 inch tear in the material (shown in pics). I hope this doesn't put anyone off as the damn thing still pulls like Hulk on steroids, when he's
really angry in a tug-of-war contest!
I thought it best to put a starting price of 40 quid on because basically I'm hoping to buy a bottle of Grey goose with the proceeds and get my man
somewhat befuddled on the stuff before breaking the difficult news to him about his beloved death-trap of a kite (and with it, the fact that his
secret stash area is not a secret at all and that's how I've always been able to guess what he's got me for birthdays and Christmas)
In short - This is a dealbreaker folks and I think 40 bucks is a bargain for the emotional loss he's gonna encounter when all of this is done.
Happy bidding and if there's anything I may have left out then please feel free to ask questions.
Thanks
Reanna

I was unsuccessfully trying to get the youtube link to work. Good find cheezy, that's hilarious.

Video Link for those not on a mobile device.....
And yes, that is an absolutley eBay listing.
It's a little bit ironic that my Flexifoil Bullet 4.5 was also sourced from a UK seller.

Ah, the 4.5 Bullet.
Many fond memories of that exact same kite. Not to mention the spankings in gave up for bad behaviour. Nice to see the old beast putting somebody else
in their place! :P
Treat this kite right and it will treat you right. Misbehave and it will make you eat dirt! :wee:indigo_wolf - 25-4-2015 at 05:12 PM
The 5.5 Bullet still has one of the better supermans caught on video. :D

As the proud owner of a still crispy one, it's a great kite but conditions HAVE to be right for it. Not a kite you want to be surprised by.3shot - 25-4-2015 at 05:47 PM
