Wake Kiting

Never seen Wake Kiting before.........

Boat + Board + Kite = my knees hurt.

Mmmmm........looks like fun BUT I can envision getting my body ripped in half. Kite pulling one direction while the boat pulling the other:o

It seems that both the kite and the pulling rope were connected to the bar to which the guy was hanging onto so chances are your body will atleast stay in one piece. Actually seems like a pretty cool idea but i think I'll stick with kiteboarding...:D

my knees still hurt from knee-boarding behind a boat 35 years ago.

I don't know a ton about kite design but that thing seemed a lot too inefficient. Why would they have designed it like that?

Was it 2 line and the flying lines snapping?

A more efficient kite results in some pretty amazing tow ups but that is a whole different kind of crazy.
