Guests to the sky should always yield to its owners. 
Seagulls will often go after dual line stunt kites, Revs and smaller foils.

A number of times I have large birds (not sure which kind) circle when I'm flying my kites. So far none have attacked, though my kites are much
bigger than these birds.
