I wonder if that area is ok for Landboard ? or the sand is too soft to ride with a mountainboard abkayak - 24-9-2015 at 01:04 PM
yes...between the tidesflyguy0101 - 24-9-2015 at 01:15 PM
SOmetimes- if the wind is blowing right you can board at the tide line like ab said- but must still be aware of the allustrus (sp?) soft spots. I am
usually able to at least ride some on a board but it is definetly better for a bug, unless the wind gods smile upon us.

Hells yes!! Here is me riding my TRAMPA @ WBB https://vimeo.com/79060742cheezycheese - 24-9-2015 at 01:38 PM
That is very subdued for you bro.... Kober - 24-9-2015 at 02:18 PM
WELDNGOD .... you try to jump over that pile of sand ? or just hoped you will force thru ?
.... At low tide you have plenty of hard solid surface to ride on , and with on shore winds you can ride most of day ... Area near base camp
usually gets lots of hight buggy traffic , so by Friday most sand is pack down and usually rideable with Landboard WELDNGOD - 24-9-2015 at 03:02 PM
I was gonna jump it.... But, I hit really soft sand and the board said no.... hiaguy - 24-9-2015 at 04:23 PM

Absolutely! My son won't get in a buggy, but loves being on a board there. (Unfortunately, he won't be there this trip )shortlineflyer - 24-9-2015 at 06:36 PM

WELDNGOD you get stuck in the pile of sand hahahahaWELDNGOD - 25-9-2015 at 03:30 AM
I didn't even make it to the pile. About 2 ft away the sand turned to quicksand. I had to jump out of the bindings. LOLBladerunner - 25-9-2015 at 05:07 PM
Watch this video. https://vimeo.com/41257031 . Just before 1 minute you will see Wildwood boarding the way I saw it.
I guess I am spoiled by the hard pack at Sunset but when I visited WBB I was THRILLED that I could borrow a buggy and enjoy that beach with the "
appropriate " ride. That beach is huge with larger tires. Restricted to a narrow strip and low tides with small wheels.
At my age the soft sand and low winds made riding on small wheels seem a bit like work. :embarrased:
But it was 18m Phanny HEAVEN in a little buggy ! Chicagokitejumping - 26-9-2015 at 10:08 AM
I will ride with the ATB but if somebody has a buggy to sell there or borrow I can buy it on the spot abkayak - 26-9-2015 at 01:14 PM
