Why did it have to be California? I hate California (mostly cause of a law involving narcolepsy and Driver's licences). Working on an X-Project for

Remember that billion dollar blimp that ran amuck in PA a month or so ago... what happens when one of these kites stalls? Will they be lost at sea or

Good point B-Roc. I'm sure nobody on PKF has ever had a kite stall and fall from the sky. I know I've never dropped a kite...:saint:
