When the wind dies....

Found myself thinking about my PKF family this weekend as I was tinkering in the garage on a new hobby I've kinda fallen into knowing full well there was a kite race happening out at the lake here. And then lo and behold, life brings it all together for me.

I decided it was time I put my ice carving skills to the test in wood and have been playing with my chainsaw all weekend:

Sweet on both counts! Very nice carving; something to be proud of. The chainsaw on ice was a crackup. The world's a big place and people seem to think of just about anything. I hope all the hardwater enthusiasts start carrying chainsaws in their packs for return trips should the wind die or their lines fail. Packs aren't just for Luna Bars ladies! :evil:

good job, very cool...when i was a kid in the fla keys i used to watch some guy on the side of the road banging out tikis w/ a chain saw from palm trees...good memory, he had nothing on you:thumbup::thumbup:
