too high or too much stuff?

You are approaching a grand and it's still a used Peter Lynn. Naming the kites might make it enticing.

too much unknown... unnamed kites? Name 'em! Name everything.
...and show pics. A more detailed list with pics will get some better interest.

Awkward sized parts( axles ) and large amount(weight) might mean huge shipping cost-or one might think..?

Is there a complete buggy(or more)?

If there's not a complete buggy, it's just a bunch of parts ..a few which one might use or need only.

You probably would get interest and most $ in just selling parts that one might need(like a Bigfoot fork, kite, line set..etc..).

It is potentially two complete buggies. One what was known as the desert racer. Rear suspension and extended rails.
One standard PL with big foot fork.there are six wheels and hubs. As for the kites none would spark interest they are quads with handles no depower no bars. Just solid sails and spectra sets. I will get them cleaned up for good pictures .
thanks for the feed back. I used them each independently as a a buggy so it's not just random parts.

I can vouch for Rob (Rncembal) - he's a stand up guy and has been in the business for many years.
