No Snow - No Problem

We've had almost NO snow in Vermont this year. Here's my own version of hardwater kiting. We don't need no stinking wax!

That's an older model Frenzy 5 meter. With nice ice like that you get moving very quickly. You know you're cranking when your skates get speed wobble!

some snow- some problem

The ice was just starting to build back up from a melt down but new snow today will cover and insulate it from this weeks cold snap that has also come .

Without this snow(and more coming) there was potential for safe ice by end of the week. The chance to kite ski on the snow..or get on my lake this weekend is now greatly diminished.

But..I'll wait and hope as there is a little chance.

>>>But your ice looks smooooooth!

Nice footage! I use my nordic skates and a 3m trainer. Way less speed wobbles than hockey skates...
