  1. Awesome price for an awesome kite with Pro-Links and Kite Killers.

  2. FWIW: Looking at the pictures, it looks like the color scheme might be

    Petrol (dark blue center panel)

as opposed to Samba (light blue center panel)

  3. Good luck with your sale.

@Sam- I think this is the brand new rage sport which would be black with orange on it- looks like the same setup I just bought on amazon while it was on killer deal price- if I had to guess he did the same which was a total cost was ~$240.00 so his offer at $275 is super fair since now its over $400.

I wish I bought the whole quiver.....I do believe this is the new Rage....I can see the potato sack bag....At least now you wont have to fold it into a 3" x 8" to fit it in.....

Let me know how she goes Flyguy0101. I'll be busing out the 2.5 soon....

Thanks for the clarification and correction. I didn't realize that Flexifoil reused the color scheme names, which threw me.

Someone who has a new one; take a pic of inside the little info tag. Each colors size has a name that isn't referred to on the website. Also the AAA adjuster is pre installed with no instructions despite the hefty instruction book.

Here is a pic of the card with the color names and a pic of the AAA Adjuster:

The card helps a lot and they seemed to have recycled the color name. Very cool that the AAA is included as that used to be a separate cost item.

Why are you selling this sweet kite?

It was an impulse buy .... I purchased two of them. I don't need this one.

BEC - 6-3-2016 at 10:01 AM

I can't believe this kite is still for sale.......I don't know how the "new" rages compare, but they can't be that far off from the old ones.....This is my favorite and most used kite in my quiver....With upgraded handles and original line set this is a deal....I have a feeling Flyguy0101 is going to call me when he gets home from WW and is going to tell me to pull the trigger on this. We will see.....

I've watched several YouBoob videos that end in injury due to a gust and a unanticipated launch. Makes me wonder if this particular kite either is too large or has too much lift for my current skill set.

Tomorrow morning I am going to offer EricT $275 for this kite - if it is still available.

Frank - just pay attention to the wind before you pull this kite out and you will be fine. Or you can always hang on to it for a little while while 'you grow into it'. It is an awesome kite.

the kite is not too powerful or big. only the winds you choose to fly in.

I have this exact kite and I absolutely love it.

High quality, smooth, and a joy to fly. It turns great with no brake input, and it turns quickly with a little brake input, and it lands/depowers nicely when applying both brakes.

My winds are typically 8-10 mph and consistent, and it is very predictable in those conditions. At 10mph+ if I send it through the power window it will allow me to scud right along (I am 165lbs).

I wouldn't describe this kite as lifty, like say a PL Twister. I like it because it's predictable and you can decide when/if to send it across the window to get a lot of power. It doesn't try to pull your arms off overhead like a Twister.

Fantastic kite.

Flexfoil 4.7 color scheme

FlyGuyFrank - 8-3-2016 at 07:45 PM

Kite arrived today in brand-new condition. I'm quite pleased. Everyone's guess as to the color scheme was wrong, though. It's black, white, 2 shades of green, and yellow. See pix.
