Definitely strange season so far. Just started getting consistent sea breeze and thermal gradient here which all seems kinda late .

Wind has not really been that great on the East coast this year, don't knw wht the deal is. Its just borderline especially if u like to play in the water.

Had on shore 11-15 mph last night....!

4m Jojo RM+ and Coyote Rollerblades. Zippy runs. Empty beach

Nice way to start the holiday weekend early.

Who also flies along on thin line?.......

Rock on!

Day 2
28/35 dead onshore sand 1ft off the ground...too much for my 2.9 reactor..hung in for an hour but total defensive flying...most of the time too sketchy to bring the kite down past 1 and just as scary to keep her up there...yea, pretty awesome:D...topped my pb sideways many times...got outta there before someone got hurt(me)...I didnt want to go...i need a smaller kite

Day 5
Well first day 4 was a lazy 4.9 blade day..put in 1.5 hrs in 12/15
Last day out today winds are switching and I'm working
Was happy I was going flying w/ 3.3 buster..had 45 mins working it in 12/17and felt I needed more...so out came the blade put it up and the winds instantly jumped to 22+ and I went back to survival flying...hung in as long as I could but I had no arms left and my neck hurt from having to look sideways at where as i was headed...great 5 days, gonna have to miss day 6 I'm kinda toast:thumbup:

come on men, lets get some video up of this action.

skimtwashington - 31-5-2016 at 06:53 AM

Summer is ' How to Stuff a Wild Bikini' jammed at the beach on weekends and still busy during the week.

....Except when it is 58-60 degrees out and cloudy!

While Saturday was ' chock 'o block ' with folks......upper 80's and sunny...Sunday was cool and cloudy and beach was empty.

Also, luckily wind turned mostly on shore. On lower side at 8-11 mph but steady. Rode Coyotes again with Blade 6.4m. in middle of the day.

Lucky, lucky me.:D
