I found this on youtube. It would be very difficult flying with one hand and steering with the other but he proves it's definitely doable. I
commented on his channel that 2m lines might make getting started from a stand still a little easier.
D'sliddy is fortunate in so much as he has some strength in his legs.
He hops out of his wheelchair and into his buggy then rides way better than the rest of us! Master of the 2 wheel and 360 spins! To say nothing for
