OP I wish you the best luck selling your kit. I have plans to one day go to the Netherlands, as it looks like an awesome place to visit. If I might ask, trading up or getting out of the sport for some reason?

Been doing business in Europe and UK for years without any issues. this was the second time the cookie issue came up. I dont allow cookies on my laptop or phone, so I dont visit some sights. As for the tin hat bullsht, wait untill your life becomes the property of a thief before your eyes. Im still dealing with it 10 years later. The idiot is long behind bars but the money will never be returned as well as the credit rating.
A red flag is nothing more than a warning, buyer beware.
I hope the guy sells his stuff, just the wrong way to enter a forum and sell his stuff. No body in Europe want the stuff?

I know of a gal here in the US that had thousands of dollars worth of custom Rev kites that were stolen, wasn't until a friend while in France found a bunch of Revs for sale with a US seller posting in France. Part of the inventory was his friends collection along with a couple dozen others that were stolen from others. Sad end to the story is the local police didnt care less, so the tourist friend bought the kites for her and then had to pay duty to get them home for her. Maybe if he wore a tin hat it would have been easier to teleport the kites home.

I mistook your red-flag warning, and assumed it was the fact it had a pop-up announcing the use of cookies that caused it, not the cookies themselves. We all have our own standards for what we're willing to tolerate or deal with online or in person. I figured I'd explain why the pop-up as a developer who's done some web stuff on the side, it's something that I've had to deal with, and that the rules/law changes for are recent enough not everyone has seen those. Not providing an opt-out for cookies I find annoying, nothing else. We all are free to choose a level of risk we're comfortable with (or not).

Out of curiosity how do you login here if you keep cookies disabled in your browsers? I get email with an external client doesn't require them, but I wonder how you manage forum usage, as I can't think of a viable technical work around. There's a famous computer scientist/security researcher (I'm forgetting who atm) who is renowned using a single computer for checking his email, which he does via command line (mutt or pine). In fact there's a growing number who use mutt to avoid any security leak possible from Java/Flash/etc and to reduce it to the minimum exposure.
