any good shops in Norcal area to pickup/demo a depower foil?
I'm visiting with work for a couple weeks and didn't have time to pack my kite for the trip. I was looking to move to the next step anyways

www.candyandkites.com in Bodega bay has Ozone kites. I demoed an Access there. Ask for David. I also second SlaweS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s recommendation
for Live2kite.

added bonus would be if the kite was water relaunchable as I live in Ontario Canada, good area for both land and water based.

I really like the PL Venom 2s as well, but I'm thinking one of the above will work better in lighter winds which is the bulk of what we get in the
summer.
