I just watched the video. I feel your pain. I didn't do the exact same thing but I wretched my knee one day and later that day I kite jumped for an
hour and it took at least 6 months to completely stop hurting. It was my right knee and even now it's not as strong as my left knee. I used a brace
for a long time and that helped. I got a nicer one at a thrift shop last year and it has an articulating spring hinge which helps alot. I use knee
pads that wraparound my knee when I board and they are great. I truly hope you have a speedy recovery. I always enjoy watching your videos and hope to
progress to your skill level one day.

the tendon repair has been a 99.9% success but the scar and incision has cross wired afew nerves so I'm getting a lot of weird pains and sensations. I
can touch the scar and feel it at the back of my knee. really weird!! but the main reason why ive not been back on a board yet is my thigh muscles
are still weak and not back to their normal size or strength yet. its only a matter of time but I'm not rushing it.
