So, after my kite buggy mess I started slow again just doing stationary kite.
At some point I might go into kite surfing but for now Im just going to take it easy on kites I do have a landboard that I bought but not sure if im

I'm a newbie too, I started with a symphony 2.2 to get the basic mechanics of flying. I was slightly intimidated at first but I flew the absolute hell
out of it from 10 mph wind to 30mph, eventually I got bored with the little guy so I got the real deal, a Beamer 5m and was very intimidated so I kept
it in low wind until I wanted more power. I didn't get my land board until I was comfortable with it pulling me around on foot. To get used to the
board I road it down all kinds of hills and got comfortable doing power slides and all the good stuff of mountain boarding which is a blast too, so at
least try that before you get rid of it. After a couple months on the trails I started to try to blend the two sports in low wind that wouldn't yank
me to doom. I'd give it another try if I were you but I haven't acquired injury yet. I'm now starting to take it to the beach so I could get hurt
because my confidence is up. If you try keep the bindings loose enough to bail, and don't be afraid to let go of the kite (which should be used with
kite killers). Sorry for your set back, and good luck! If I had a smaller kite I'd be all over it until my confidence is up and I'm bored with the
power of it. Statick flying my Beamer I've flown in 25 mph very carefully, but on the board only up to 15mph and that was almost too much for me where

Yeah, I think I might go all padded if I ever try the landboard so far I havent sold it.
Just its something that ill have to think about. I have seen other people do it I just think my confidence in it is a lil down but ill just play
around with my 3m kite for now.
