I'm looking to find the right tires and rims to make a rickshaw that would have to support 350 pounds. Has to be able to go on hard wet beach sand
and also on concreate and grass.
Thanks not sure what the difference is betweeen usign a 4 or a 8 inch rim, and interested in also getting big tires to use at low PSI to held with
bumps.
That setup looks like it would work fine, if your intent is to have a mobile seat that is pushed around by a (strong) assistant. The center of gravity
would be high for being towed by a kite buggy. Best method for that, IMO, would be to film from a tandem buggy. I think the standard Peter Lynn wheels
with midi size tires might be what you are looking for.indigo_wolf - 7-1-2017 at 02:26 PM
Was wondering if the rickshaw was going to be kite or human powered.
If human powered, might opt of Wheeleez over beach racers for general lighter weight and lower rolling resistance..... unless your rickshaw driver is
strong...like bull.
Wheeleez are the wheel combo platform that the Sand Rider is based on. Wheelez are rated for sand, concrete, and grass.
