here's a photo of the mock up of the depower conversion for my adam 3.5
I already broke apart the bridle and installed 2 extensions per side.
I am using 400# hollow spectra with sewn end loops.
I really cant sew, am just learning as I go.
here's how I've been doing the loops.
cut a slot in non corrugated cardboard tape half of slot underside,
press loop onto tape from top, guide through sewing machine set on zig zag. presto! I sew one end then use a stick with pegs
to get length just right and repeatable.

I like that zigzag jig. If you doubled up the cardboard or used thicker card stock would it keep the sleeves from squirming around?

the thickness is just right, it holds it tight and solid. I think you may be mistaking my poor sewing skills for wobble!

Cool. Let us know how it comes out.
