stephdip - 10-4-2017 at 12:53 PM

hey all,

I'm still debating this in my head, but want to see if there's interest? never got the chance to go out this last winter season and only went out twice the year before :( work, timing and weather all fighting against me.. so not sure I want to sell them but if they were to all go out flying :) to new owners.. I might just cave in and let them be gone.. what I have:

8m charger2 complete in pristine condition in the orange /blue
thinking in the 500$ range flew once (SOLD)

12m charger2 complete in pristine condition in the rasta
thinking in the 650$ range (SOLD)

15m phantom2 complete in pristine condition in the black/green
thinking 750$ range

they have all only ever been flown on snow, never touched water, zippers and bags are all like new, smell new and feel new.

pricing can be worked on if someone buys all or more than one..
don't think I would sell just one, they would have to all have takers.. as I mentioned, debating selling as I will most likely regret it once winter is back and we get a nice season..

shipping at buyers expense and no problem shipping anywhere, if shipping costs are too high, I can travel to the USA and ship within for gas $$ and shipping costs.. I say this because sometimes shipping from Canada is expensive as hell compared to USA.

feel free to PM me for questions or ask here.

still not 100% sure I want to let them go, but if someone out there will be using them.
they would at least see some flying time.. with the hours I'm putting in work now and other hobbies..
not to mention two injured fingers.. I will most likely not be kiting again this season, just no time left in a day :(

these have always been inside my home, in a non smoking house.. they are in new condition, bars and lines too.
complete set on all 3 kites, even have an old spare z7 bar ( not in the best of conditions) got it used but can let that go too for 50$

feel free to ask questions.. can email me at

Wow, some really nice arcs at good prices. Very seldom you see a 8 meter arc for sale.

Got another bite Opie, be still.
Careful, I think it's a Walleye this time :wee:

Ed Cline - 24-9-2018 at 05:25 PM

Found the 8m. It was in Canada. Thanks to Mr Diprose. and Cheese for the vouch.

OH CANADA.

:bigok:

Mr Jeff, Sorry couldn't find you a LMBass. We caught a walleye though, Shhh we were 30 miles out on Erie.

jeffnyc - 25-9-2018 at 11:23 AM

You mean Lake Erie? Are you in Ohio right now? Left when I was 18, but used to fish walleye, bass, perch growing up. When I was little, walleye scared the crap out of me, those teeth are nasty. Never heard of anyone ever getting bit by one, but that doesn't stop a 5 year old imagination!

Ed Cline - 26-9-2018 at 04:50 PM

Yes Jeff I admit to spending time in Cleveland. When I was a teen the fish on the US side were perch so full of mercury you could tell temps with them. But on the Canadian side were all the Walleye and good eating. You really weren't allowed to charter that close to our northern neighbor and friend. But the Walleye were sooo good. I poached a few...hundred.

Now it's a little different I guess...without being political let me just say thanks to Mr Steph who is sending me a kite with Refined Bauxite sticks included....:o
