Thanks Jeff you're too kind. The beach is awesome when it's not crowded. Luckily the wind seems to do a great job of clearing it out for me.
As you can see in the video I was having some difficulty with the kite collapsing. Initially I thought this was due to the lulls in the wind. But having watched the video repeatedly. I now think it was all pilot error. I wasn't maintaining a small amount of brake through the turn and over shooting the window. There may also have been some issues with timing in the turns as well. I'm still very much a newbie. Until I got these Century's all my FB time has been with a Beamer. Please feel free to critique me anyone. Am I correct in my assessment? I welcome tips, and suggestions. Being able to watch video of yourself is a great learning tool.

Yep as with all race kites and a few of the others you need to apply a bit of brake to keep it on the top end.
I would also make your turns in the buggy a lot tighter. If the wind is light you need to complete your buggy turn with the power you had going into the turn. Your speed needs to be enough to carry you through the turn and complete it. In high winds the same applies so you don't get stuck half way through the turn and get in trouble.
Keeping the kite low in the window creates more power and less obe's. You won't find pilots making an up wind turn in high winds, for the most part.
Any day at the beach is better than a day at work.
