As for posting videos with a picture as compared to just a link, try this:
From the U-Tube side hit Share and copy the link it generates
Use the little You-Tube icon at the top of the text box (if you don't see it look in preview mode). You will have to erase the characters to the left
of the combination of text and numbers (in this case you only want "eFSJNEAg6Io"). Alternatively, you can just type in
"[you---tube]---eFSJNEAg6Io---[/you---tube]" but that's harder than using the little icon. Remove the dashes.
